What to include
- A short description of what you were doing and what went wrong.
- The email address on your Qwota account (so we can find your data).
- If reporting a bug: the URL, browser, and any error message you saw.
- If reporting a billing issue: the invoice number or charge ID from your Stripe receipt email.
Specific requests
- Account deletion — email us with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and remove your data within 30 days.
- Data export / subject access request — under UK GDPR you can request a copy of all data we hold about you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Refunds — see Section 4 of the Terms of Service.
- Security report — please disclose responsibly. Email us with details before sharing publicly; we'll acknowledge within 48 hours.
